Cancellation & Deposit Policy

At Harmony Curve, a 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will go toward the total cost of your session. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, the deposit is non-refundable. However, if you cancel more than 24 hours in advance, the deposit is fully refundable. If you reschedule before the day of your appointment, the deposit will be carried over to your next booking.

Rescheduling on the same day as your appointment is treated like a late cancellation, and the deposit will be forfeited. We kindly ask that you give us as much notice as possible to help us accommodate all clients fairly.
